1. Data controller

2. Legal basis

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI, the Law of Ukraine “On Education” No. 2145-VIII and the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information” No. 2939-VI.

3. What data this website processes

The website is informational and contains no registration, ordering or payment forms. We do not collect your personal data through this website or pass it to third parties.

• We use no advertising, marketing or analytics cookies and do not track visitor behaviour.
• Only your own preferences are stored in your browser’s localStorage: the chosen language, the colour theme and the settings of the version for people with visual impairments. This data never leaves your device and never reaches us.
• The hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, request time, browser type) — this is necessary for the operation and security of the website.

4. Third-party services

A Google Maps map is available on the Contacts page. It is not loaded automatically: it appears only after you press the button yourself. Until then no requests are sent to Google’s servers. After you press it, Google may receive your IP address and device data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The website contains links to external resources (the Ministry of Education, Diia, Google Drive, social networks). The Lyceum is not responsible for the privacy policies of those resources.

5. Personal data of participants in the educational process

Personal data of students, parents and staff obtained during enrolment and work is processed solely to provide education and comply with the law. Such data is not published on the website without the consent of the data subject or their legal representative.

Photographs from school life are published in the gallery with respect for children’s rights and with the consent of parents or their legal substitutes. If you would like an image removed, please write to us and we will do so promptly.

6. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to:

• know the sources of collection, the location of your personal data and the purpose of its processing;
• receive information about the conditions of access to personal data;
• access your personal data;
• demand their correction, deletion or destruction if they are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
• lodge complaints with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.

7. Information security

The website works over a secure HTTPS connection. Only authorised staff have administrative access.

8. Changes to this policy

The Lyceum may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
